This bill would prohibit on-premise licensees from advertising  a glass of beer as a pint until the glass contained at least 16 ounces of beer.

This bill would permit on-premise licensees to allow the consumption of wine that is brought into the on-premise establishment by a customer.  The bill would also create a minimum corkage fee of $25 for each bottle brought in by the consumer and opened on the premises by the licensee or its employee.

HB 4924 of 2013

House Bill 4924 of 2013.  Follow the bill here.

This bill would amend the definition of "qualified small wine maker" as used in the recently passed 2013 PA 100 (permitting small wine makers to conduct tastings & sales at farmer's market) to include a wine maker that bottles not more than 25,000 gallons in a calendar year (up from 5,000) or is located within a 60-mile radius of the farmer's market location.
